Lifeline is a government assistance program. GDN Partners provides eligible low-income customers with a FREE phone, plus monthly data, unlimited texting, and free monthly minutes.

Enrollment is available to individuals who qualify based on federal or state specific eligibility criteria. If you or a member of your household participates in one to these assistance programs:

Medicaid
Snap
Supplemental Security Income
Federal Public Housing Assistance
Bureau of Indian Affairs General assistance
Tribally Administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
Tribal Head Start
Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
Federal Pell Grant in the current award year
Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children
You can also qualify based on household income

Though the GOV Lifeline program we offer a FREE cell phone, plus a tablet for qualified applicants. The Lifeline program includes Data, Unlimited Voice and Text.
